In Vitro Fertilization (IVF): During In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), eggs removed from the ovaries are fertilized with sperms (from a partner or donor) in a laboratory. Almost 35% of women who opt for IVF conceive. Amongst all female infertility treatment options, IVF has one of the highest success rates.

Gamete Intrafallopian transfer (GIFT): In this treatment method, eggs are mixed with sperm either from a partner or donor and then the mixture is surgically injected into the fallopian tubes. The success rate is nearly 25% to 30% in this treatment option.
