Does infertility and yoga go together? They do in fact go together. So, if you have been trying to get pregnant we have a few poses for you that they suggest that you do in order to increase your chances of conceiving. There are many things that yoga has been said to help with when it comes to infertility. For instance, yoga has been seen to help people to give up things that are keeping them back from conceiving. Women who smoke and drink have found it harder to conceive, but it’s even harder for them to drop these bad habits. Yoga can help them with this.yoga

Next, yoga has been seen to help women and men by increasing their sex drive. For some women, they cannot reach an orgasm. By increasing the sex drive, you also increase the hormones. An increase in hormones can help a woman feel the desire to have sex as well as give them the right hormone level in order to get pregnant.

Last of all, yoga, has been seen to prepare the body as well as build a bond that many couples struggle with when they are trying to get pregnant. If there is a breakdown in communication, many couples find themselves arguing more. So, to help you with some poses that you two can do together or alone, here are two of the poses that they recommend women doing at lease to increase the chances of having a baby.

One of the first positions that you can do that has been said to help with infertility is the supported head stand. Now, the reason this works is because what it does is said to help relieve stress. Many couples are so stressed over getting pregnant that they have a harder time with seeing results. You start out by resting your head on a pillow. You clasp your hands together as you put your forearms on the floor. Your head should be resting between your fingers. As you inhale you come off the floor while you put your feet closer to your head. When you exhale, you then extend your legs upward as you lift them. Now, hold this pose for ten seconds. Curl the legs down then to get out of the pose.

Another pose that you can do is the bridge pose. The way that you can do this is by starting out lying on you back. Now you place your feet firmly on the floor so that your feet are flat. When you do this, you then lift your back off the floor while keeping your head on a pillow or on the floor. Stay in this position for thirty seconds to a minute.

Yoga has been seen to do all sorts of things which in turn can help you to have a child. In some other countries where yoga isn’t something new, it’s recommended first before science to help women. Women have options and for many, yoga has been their last option. Many doctors are trying to change this so that this is the first thing that they try due to what it can do.
